Feels more like an experience than a standard coffee stop. Great for when you want the place to do some of the conversation work.

Y’all. Perseus does not feel like Huntsville — it feels like you booked a flight to Milan. The chefs are literally from Italy and you can taste it: the pistachio latte, the matcha, the cannoli?? All incredible. The decor is stunning with indoor seating, an enclosed patio, AND tables out front. It’s next to Anthem House in MidCity, so make an afternoon of it. A little pricey, completely worth it. This is the “impress somebody” spot.
